Mannion, Diane
Castleton-Diane Mannion, 77, of Castleton passed peacefully Saturday February 25, 2017 at St. Peter’s Hospital. Born in Staten Island, NY, she was the daughter of the late Marcella (Ricky) and William Urwin and was also predeceased by her brother Charles Urwin. A Castleton resident since 1966, she had been employed as a bus driver for Questar for 30 years, retiring in 2002.
Diane is survived by her husband of 59 years Kieran “Ken” Mannion; her sons, Kenneth (Stacey Garcia) Mannion, Mark (Janet) Mannion, Donald (Cheryl) Mannion and Thomas (Jodie Ausloos) Mannion; grandchildren Matt, Nick, Nate, Chelsea and Lindsay; 3 great grandchildren; and her loving cat Sunny.
A committal service will take place in the near future at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery at a date and time to be announced.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave., Menands, NY 12204.
